Life
Questions are but life.
Hidden in them are many a time the answers
And then there are answers that are far away from the questions
This conundrum continues
questions and answers
Once you find answers the
questions emerge.
Oh it’s just an everyday strife.
It is the solution seeker who finally gets fewer questions in this exam
called life

Death won
In strife with life
Life fought
Fought hard
And succumbed
to cold cruel death
All the dreams , desires and aspirations
Burned in the pyre of despair, hopelessness and loss
Turns and twists
The strange vicissitudes of fortune and life
The weird twists and turns to a straight road
And in some time you get used to the contorted turns too
The journey of pain and love
Of some effort and
lots of apathy
All these ingredients make this contorted path
Where the natural flow is obstructed
By the wrong turns and arrives at a dead end of no return
But is there an end ever !!
Flame
The flame that burned once fiercely
Has exhausted itself
Of all the drive and zeal to burn
Nothing left but some burnt embers
Of a flame trying to burn brightly
On leaving early
The journey of the body
Is actually the journey of the soul
And it is the soul that has to tolerate the body
And its demands
Sometimes the excess demand
Breaks the soul
And it departs the body abruptly
Changing…
We are all imprisoned by time
But we create our own prisons here
And
seem to be having the key too
So when do we all break free
Absurd fate
Driven by grandfather Time
Since eternity
The tick tock movement continues
The captured bird
Too yearns for freedom that Nature offers
But born in captivity
Even that freedom is alien for us urban
dwellers
Time moves on
So does the situation
And even life
Then why should you be stuck up when
everything is moving
Day changes into night & vice versa
So why fret when things will change
Efforts and patience is the
Key to making this change your friend !!
The Vulnerability
It’s a vulnerability
An expression
Captured in a weak moment
That requires all the strength
That you can gather
To express the unsaid
Even when it is known
Between the unsaid and the known
Is the daring do attitude
Of being both weak and strong
*on the
vulnerability called grief, anger ,love

Opening the doors
with multiple keys
of strength
of resilience and patience
even when the words are simmering
and the thoughts crystal clear
the door is yet waiting to be opened
as the final key of vulnerability
is somewhere lost in the hazy mist
of rationality and hesitation

The forest
blessing me with its canopy and cool shade .
The varied
greens sometimes dark and at times fade .
The calmness
all prevailing rubs off to me a bit in this wild beat.. .
Earlier it
was only dust ,grime and heat .
The road less
taken .
Runs along
with the well trod one and soothes nerves that are shaken .
The two roads coexist in this calm .
So near
yet so far with a unique charm .
The forest
well entrenched in me .
I now take a
bow and go back to the oft trodden road with glee .
There is the
cool shade always to come back to and Change the roads for a while .
